Clifton is excited to welcome Mohsen Nicksiar, PhD, PEng, PE (WA), as a Senior Principal Geotechnical Engineer based in Coquitlam, BC!
As the Lower Mainland Team Lead, Mohsen brings over 20 years of experience across the nuclear, infrastructure, transportation, and clean power sectors in Canada, the US, and internationally. He has worked as an engineering lead and engineer of record on major design-build projects across Canada, delivering complex infrastructure in seismic regions, soft ground, and urban environments. His expertise includes regulatory assessments, leading geotechnical teams, and managing environmentally sensitive projects, including work in the nuclear sector, as well as dams and dykes.
With a strong technical background and experience managing large-scale projects, Mohsen will play a key role in supporting Clifton’s clients and expanding our capabilities in British Columbia. His expertise in challenging ground conditions and infrastructure development makes him a strong addition to Clifton’s growing presence in the province.
