Empowering communities. Enhancing lives. Making a difference.

Our team upholds standards of excellence in the profession through their governance work on professional bodies. Team members have served as current or past Chair of APEGS and members of the APEGS investigations committee, and have received numerous awards for their outstanding contributions.

We believe the nature of the workforce should reflect our communities. We provide equal opportunities for all and support underrepresented groups, including Indigenous Peoples, youth, women, immigrants, and those with disabilities.

We support the 30 by 30 initiative which aims to increase the number of engineers who are women to 30% by 2030. We also collaborate with Indigenous communities to create employment and internship opportunities.

Innovation and excellence are driven by curiosity and continuous learning. And so we support professional development at every career stage through mentorship programs and support for continuing education.

We actively support post-secondary students and programs and provide practicum opportunities for students from local universities and technical colleges.

We run, walk, paddle, and play to support initiatives that help kids and families in our communities have what they need to thrive.

From creating holiday hampers to paddling Dragon Boats to building boats from plywood and duct tape, we’ve raised money for charities, including Ronald McDonald House, KidSport, Canadian Blood Services, Regina Progress Club, and the Children’s Hospital in Calgary.
