Welcoming Lyndsey MacBride and Pascale Johnson to Clifton

Clifton is excited to welcome two key additions to our Environment practice group as we continue to enhance our capabilities in delivering high-quality environmental solutions.

Lyndsey MacBride, M.Sc., P.Geo., joins us as the new Director, Environment. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the mining, infrastructure, gas and industrial sectors, Lyndsey has led large projects with budgets up to $30M. Her expertise includes environmental planning, regulatory permitting, impact assessments, and engagement with public and Indigenous communities. Lyndsey is dedicated to promoting technical competence and continuous improvement across our teams.

Pascale Johnson, B.Eng., P.Eng., joins us as Principal Environmental Engineer with over 23 years of experience in environmental engineering, particularly in the energy, mining, and industrial sectors. Her proven leadership in environmental assessments and project management across Canada enhances our team’s capabilities. Pascale will focus on advancing our environmental discipline and strategic project support, especially in Alberta and Western Canada.

Our Environment practice group adeptly manages the complexities of environmental, social, and governance challenges, offering pragmatic solutions that mitigate risks and enhance the health of ecosystems and communities. With a longstanding history of regulatory expertise and a strong approach to project delivery, Clifton is prepared to tackle environmental challenges of any scale.

We prioritize community consultation and engagement, valuing diverse perspectives and integrating Indigenous Knowledge to improve project outcomes and community benefits.
