We’re celebrating Toby Thorp and his 20-year milestone with Clifton.
Toby is Director of our Site Assessment and Remediation group and provides senior technical oversight on projects involving environmental site assessments, remediation, and risk management for chemically impacted sites.
Over the past two decades, he has led a wide range of environmental investigations and monitoring programs, helping clients identify environmental concerns, navigate regulatory requirements, and manage environmental impacts. His work has supported major infrastructure and construction projects across the region, including environmental monitoring during construction of the Regina Bypass and water quality monitoring of Wascana Creek.
In addition to his environmental expertise, Toby brings specialized experience in UAV planning and operations for photogrammetry and LiDAR data collection, supporting site characterization, monitoring, and mapping.
