Clifton’s Kelvin Sattler is representing both our company and Canada in Austria at two international geotechnical engineering conferences, where he is presenting research titled Long-Term Monitoring of a Seasonally Active Landslide in the Semi-Arid Thompson Plateau, British Columbia, Canada.

A few days ago, Kelvin presented at the 8th International Young Geotechnical Engineers Conference (8iYGEC) in Graz, Austria, an event that brings together emerging geotechnical professionals from around the world. Kelvin was one of only two Canadian representatives among 100 attendees from 59 countries.

He is also presenting a paper and poster at the 21st International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ICSMGE) in Vienna, Austria, which is celebrating the 100th anniversary of modern soil mechanics this year.

Congratulations to Kelvin on these accomplishments and for representing Clifton and Canada among geotechnical professionals from across the globe.
