We’d like to take a moment to reflect on and celebrate Allen Kelly’s 30-year milestone with Clifton.
Allen is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Geologist who recently led our Earth Sciences practice group as Director. Over the past three decades, he has helped shape the foundation of our company through his deep technical expertise, thoughtful mentorship, and unwavering curiosity.
With over 35 years of industry experience and a unique background in both geology and geotechnical engineering, Allen brings a rare and valuable perspective to every project. His work has been instrumental in advancing some of Clifton’s most impactful projects, including the award-winning Wascana Creek Revitalization in Regina—a project that reflects his belief in science as a tool to improve lives and communities.
Allen’s collaborative leadership and dedication to the next generation of engineers and geoscien-tists have left a lasting mark on our team. Known for his adventurous spirit outside of work, whether hiking, kayaking, or travelling, Allen brings the same sense of exploration and purpose to everything he does.
