Today, we are excited to celebrate Jason Gasmo’s 25 years with Clifton. Jason has been a cornerstone of our team, consistently demonstrating his expertise, dedication, and commitment to our company. His impact on our growth and achievements is a source of pride for all of us.
Jason is not only a skilled engineer but also a great teammate who is always willing to take on the heavy lifting and tackle any challenges that arise. As a key leader in our Regina office, his natural problem-solving abilities have made him a go-to person for complex issues. Jason has risen through the ranks at Clifton, excelling at every level, giving him a deep understanding of our company’s history and making him a keeper of our culture.
As Vice President of Engineering Operations, Jason is responsible for strategy, business development, employee care and support, problem resolution, and client relationships. He is also a project manager, senior geotechnical engineer, and geotechnical instrumentation and data acquisition specialist. Jason enjoys the process of investigation, instrumentation, data collection, solution design, and delivery, as well as being part of a team that provides solutions for clients, coworkers, and the company. His strong project management record includes leading the design team for the Westside Irrigation Project, overseeing engineering services for the Regina Bypass Project, and managing geotechnical and construction engineering services for the Belle Plaine Spur Railway Project.
Beyond his technical skills, Jason’s dedication to professional and community service is truly inspiring. He is a councilor with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and a past chair of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies, Saskatchewan (ACEC-SK). He is also a member of the Canadian Progress Club – Regina Centre, a charitable and community-building organization established by local business people.
