We are thrilled to celebrate Paul van der Raadt, who has been an integral part of Clifton for an incredible 35 years! As one of Clifton’s original members, Paul has helped lay the foundation of our company, contributing significantly to our growth and success over the years.
Paul began his journey with Clifton in 1978 as a Civil Engineering Technologist after graduating from The Saskatchewan Technical Institute in Moose Jaw, SK. His dedication to continuous learning and improvement led him to the University of Saskatchewan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering. This drive for knowledge enabled him to excel in various areas of Clifton’s business, including our civil, geotechnical, and IT teams, where he wrote Clifton’s first accounting and lab management software before joining its executive team.
Paul’s contributions to Clifton have been nothing short of transformative. His strategic vision and integrity have been instrumental in establishing Clifton’s direction, ensuring operational effectiveness, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. What truly sets Paul apart is his ability to build trust and inspire those around him. His unwavering commitment to fairness and dependability has been a cornerstone of his career at Clifton, leaving a lasting impact on our team and company culture.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in his passion for photography. His commitment to his family and hobbies reflects the balance he brings to his professional and personal life.
