Catlan presented an insightful case study “A Reflection on Amalgamating and Centralizing Digital Soil Data in Regional Planning Studies” addressing the challenges of sourcing, digitizing, and integrating soil data for irrigation planning in the Prairie region. This work emphasizes the importance of effective data management and the future potential of digital soil mapping.
